…*Prep your diapers. All new diapers must be prepped for maximum absorbency. This means washing & drying the diapers 3-4 times or more before use. |
…*Add essential oils when washing. This will cause build-up over time, as well as negate any warranty. |

…*Always use the highest water setting available to help the diapers get rinsed properly. |
.…*Use diaper cream directly on the diapers. This will cause build-up over time, as well as negate any warranty.
Fleece or flushable liners can be used with cream when necessary. |

…*Hang your diapers in the sun on occasion, if you wish, to help get rid of stains. |
…*Use dryer sheets. |
|
.…Wash your diapers every 2-3 days at most. |
...Stuff pocket diapers while they are still hot from drying. Doing this will cause the elastic to wear out much faster than normal. |

.…Use a detergent free of perfumes, dyes, enzymes, brighteners.
We recommend Allens Naturally. |
...Alternate between two different detergents for normal loads vs. diaper loads without using an extra rinse cycle in between. This can lead to build up of soap and less absorbancy for your diapers. |
